David Molnar

To find a permanent position where I can bring my many years of work and study to bear, whether in an educational, museum, or nonprofit organization.

Current work is an investigation into the generative and critical potential of historic techniques; reshaping and defining new contemporary modes of image production - asking what could contemporary photography be if we recuperate so called ‘obsolescent’ processes.

Pedagogy includes stressing the integration of technical approaches, theoretical underpinnings, and personal inspiration and investigation, all within the larger constructs of the modern contemporary art community.
